Why It's So Funny: Because Ross' ridiculous series-long obsession with "kara-tay" (his snooty pronunciation) basically gets a stand-alone episode as he squares off with Rachel and Phoebe in a series of scares designed to test their Unagi (perhaps a state of total awareness, definitely a type of sushi).
